What do I need to provide the DJ with?
It is important to make sure that you know what to provide. We request the following:
- One Sturdy Table for Our Equipment (6 to 8 Feet in Length).
- Tablecloth and a Table Skirt.
- Access to Two Electrical Outlets.
- Access to Parking to Unload Equipment
- Outside Events Must Provide Adequate Cover for Protection.
Do you have any recommendations that I should follow?
We strongly recommend that the DJ start playing at the beginning of your party to avoid the dj setting up with guests already in the room. We also recommend a two-person disc jockey team for clients who want to "kick it up a notch".
Please let us know of anything unusual, for example, if the cocktail hour will be in a separate room, problems with parking, or if there are stairs involved in our setup, etc.
We try to play music at a moderate volume. However, we suggest that you place your younger guests closer to the DJ and dance floor. If your party consists of more than 150 people, please let us know in advance. Never place a table directly in front of where a speaker will be.
